وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

وَإِنَّهُۥ
And indeed, it

surely, is a Revelation

Verily this is a Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds:
