38:10

أَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبِ

أَمْ

لَهُم

for them

مُّلْكُ

(is the) dominion

اسم

الجذر: ملك

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ

(of) the heavens

اسم

الجذر: سمو

وَٱلْأَرْضِ

and the earth

وَمَا

and whatever

بَيْنَهُمَا

(is) between them

الجذر: بين

فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟

Then let them ascend

الجذر: رقي

ٱلْأَسْبَٰبِ

the means

اسم

الجذر: سبب

Or have they the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all between? If so, let them mount up with the ropes and means (to reach that end)!
