46:18

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقَوْلُ فِىٓ أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّنَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ خَـٰسِرِينَ

الترجمة

Such are they against whom is proved the sentence among the previous generations of Jinns and men, that have passed away; for they will be (utterly) lost.

İşte onlar kendilerinden önce gelip geçmiş olan cin ve insan toplulukları içerisinde haklarında azab vaadi hak olmuş kimselerdir. Onlar gerçekten hüsrana uğramışlardır.
