4:159

وَإِن مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِلَّا لَيُؤْمِنَنَّ بِهِۦ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِۦ ۖ وَيَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا

وَإِن
And (there is) not

ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
(of) the Book

And (on the) Day

(of) the Resurrection

he will be

against them

شَهِيدًا
a witness

الجذر: شهد

الترجمة

And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment he will be a witness against them;-

Kitap ehlinden hiçbir kimse yoktur ki, ölmeden önce ona (İsa'ya) iman etmiş olmasın. Kıyamet gününde o, onlara şahitlik edecektir.
