لَّا يَحِلُّ لَكَ ٱلنِّسَآءُ مِنۢ بَعْدُ وَلَآ أَن تَبَدَّلَ بِهِنَّ مِنْ أَزْوَٰجٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ حُسْنُهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ رَّقِيبًا
Word by word
Translation
It is not lawful for thee (to marry more) women after this, nor to change them for (other) wives, even though their beauty attract thee, except any thy right hand should possess (as handmaidens): and Allah doth watch over all things.

Bundan başka kadınlar sana helâl olmaz. Bunları başka eşlerle değiştirmek de olmaz. İsterse güzellikleri hoşuna gitsin. Ancak sahip olduğun cariyen başka. Allah her şeye gözcü bulunuyor.

Bundan sonra artık başka kadınlarla evlenmen de sağ elinin sahip oldukları (mevcut eşlerin) hariç, güzellikleri senin hoşuna gitse bile bunların yerine başka eşler alman da sana helal değildir. Allah her şeyi gözetleyicidir.
