۞ أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ ٱلْحَآجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ وَجَـٰهَدَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُۥنَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

Translation

Do ye make the giving of drink to pilgrims, or the maintenance of the Sacred Mosque, equal to (the pious service of) those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and strive with might and main in the cause of Allah? They are not comparable in the sight of Allah: and Allah guides not those who do wrong.

Siz hacılara su dağıtma ve Mescidi Haram'ı imar etme işiyle Allah'a ve ahiret gününe iman edip, Allah yolunda cihad edenlerin yaptığı işi bir mi tutuyorsunuz? Bunlar Allah katında eşit olamazlar. Allah zalimler topluluğuna hidayet ihsan etmez.

(Ey müşrikler)! Siz hacılara su vermeyi ve Mescid-i Haram’ı onarmayı, Allah’a ve ahiret gününe iman edip Allah yolunda cihad edenlerin (fedakârlık yapanların) imanı ile bir mi tutuyorsunuz? (Oysa) onlar Allah katında eşit değillerdir. Allah o zalimler topluluğunu doğru yola ulaştırmaz.

Count ye the slaking of a pilgrim's thirst and tendance of the Inviolable Place of Worship as (equal to the worth of) him who believeth in Allah and the Last Day, and striveth in the way of Allah? They are not equal in the sight of Allah. Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.
