3:7
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِنْهُ ءَايَـٰتٌ مُّحْكَمَـٰتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَـٰبِهَـٰتٌ ۖ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَـٰبَهَ مِنْهُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ ٱلْفِتْنَةِ وَٱبْتِغَآءَ تَأْوِيلِهِۦ ۗ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ۗ وَٱلرَّٰسِخُونَ فِى ٱلْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ
كلمة بكلمة
الترجمة
He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding.

Sana bu kitabı indiren O'dur. Bunun âyetlerinden bir kısmı muhkemdir ki, bu âyetler, kitabın anası (aslı) demektir. Diğer bir kısmı da müteşabih âyetlerdir. Kalblerinde kaypaklık olanlar, sırf fitne çıkarmak için, bir de kendi keyflerine göre te'vil yapmak için onun müteşabih olanlarının peşine düşerler. Halbuki onun te'vilini Allah'dan başka kimse bilmez. İlimde uzman olanlar, "Biz buna inandık, hepsi Rabbimiz katındandır." derler. Üstün akıllılardan başkası da derin düşünmez.

Sana Kitabı indiren O’dur. Onun bazı ayetleri muhkem (açık anlamlı)dır ki bunlar Kitabın anasıdır (esasıdır). Diğerleri de müteşabih (benzeşen anlamlı)lardır. Kalplerinde eğrilik olanlar, Fitne çıkarmak ve onu (arzularına göre) yorumlamak için ondaki müteşabih ayetlerin peşine düşerler. (Oysa) onun (asıl) yorumunu Allah’tan başkası bilemez. İlimde derinlik sahibi olanlar ise “Ona inandık; hepsi Rabbimizin katındandır.” derler. Derin akıl sahiplerinden başkası (gerçeği) hatırlamaz.

He it is Who hath revealed unto thee (Muhammad) the Scripture wherein are clear revelations - they are the substance of the Book - and others (which are) allegorical. But those in whose hearts is doubt pursue, forsooth, that which is allegorical seeking (to cause) dissension by seeking to explain it. None knoweth its explanation save Allah. And those who are of sound instruction say: We believe therein; the whole is from our Lord; but only men of understanding really heed.
