2:16

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱشْتَرَوُا۟ ٱلضَّلَـٰلَةَ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَـٰرَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُهْتَدِينَ

كلمة بكلمة

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

Those

اسم

ٱلَّذِينَ

(are) the ones who

اسم

ٱشْتَرَوُا۟

bought

فعل

الجذر: شري

ٱلضَّلَٰلَةَ

[the] astraying

اسم

الجذر: ضلل

بِٱلْهُدَىٰ

for [the] guidance

اسم

الجذر: هدي

فَمَا

So not

حرف جر

رَبِحَت

profited

فعل

الجذر: ربح

تِّجَٰرَتُهُمْ

their commerce

اسم

الجذر: تجر

وَمَا

and not

حرف جر

كَانُوا۟

were they

فعل

الجذر: كون

مُهْتَدِينَ

guided-ones

اسم

الجذر: هدي

الترجمة

These are they who have bartered Guidance for error: But their traffic is profitless, and they have lost true direction,
