4:6

وَٱبْتَلُوا۟ ٱلْيَتَـٰمَىٰ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا بَلَغُوا۟ ٱلنِّكَاحَ فَإِنْ ءَانَسْتُم مِّنْهُمْ رُشْدًا فَٱدْفَعُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوهَآ إِسْرَافًا وَبِدَارًا أَن يَكْبَرُوا۟ ۚ وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ فَأَشْهِدُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبًا

كلمة بكلمة

وَٱبْتَلُوا۟

And test

فعل

الجذر: بلو

ٱلْيَتَٰمَىٰ

the orphans

اسم

الجذر: يتم

حَتَّىٰٓ

until

إِذَا

[when]

بَلَغُوا۟

they reach[ed]

ٱلنِّكَاحَ

(the age of) marriage

فَإِنْ

then if

ءَانَسْتُم

you perceive

مِّنْهُمْ

in them

رُشْدًا

sound judgement

فَٱدْفَعُوٓا۟

then deliver

إِلَيْهِمْ

to them

أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ

their wealth

وَلَا

And (do) not

تَأْكُلُوهَآ

eat it

إِسْرَافًا

extravagantly

وَبِدَارًا

and hastily

أَن

(fearing) that

يَكْبَرُوا۟

they will grow up

And whoever

غَنِيًّا

rich

فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ

then he should refrain

فَقِيرًا

poor

الجذر: فقر

فَلْيَأْكُلْ

then let him eat (of it)

بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ

in a fair manner

فَإِذَا

Then when

دَفَعْتُمْ

you deliver

إِلَيْهِمْ

to them

أَمْوَٰلَهُمْ

their wealth

فَأَشْهِدُوا۟

then take witnesses

عَلَيْهِمْ

on them

وَكَفَىٰ

And is sufficient

بِٱللَّهِ

Allah

حَسِيبًا

(as) a Reckoner

الجذر: حسب

الترجمة

Make trial of orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then ye find sound judgment in them, release their property to them; but consume it not wastefully, nor in haste against their growing up. If the guardian is well-off, Let him claim no remuneration, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable. When ye release their property to them, take witnesses in their presence: But all-sufficient is Allah in taking account.

Evlenme çağına gelinceye kadar yetimleri gözetip deneyin. Onların akılca olgunlaştıklarını görürseniz, mallarını kendilerine teslim edin. "Büyüyecekler de mallarına sahip olacaklar" endişesiyle onları israf ederek, tez elden yemeyin. Zengin olan, onların malını yemekten çekinsin. Fakir olan ise, meşrû sûrette yesin. Mallarını kendilerine verdiğiniz zaman, bunu şahitler karşısında yapın. Hesap görücü olarak Allah yeter.

Büyüyecekler (de geri alacaklar) diye onları (yetimlerin mallarını) israf ile ve tez elden yemeyin! Zengin olan (veli, yetimin malına) tenezzül etmesin; fakir olan da (ihtiyacına) uygun olarak yesin! Mallarını kendilerine verdiğiniz zaman onlarla ilgili şahit bulundurun! Hesap görücü olarak Allah yeter.

Prove orphans till they reach the marriageable age; then, if ye find them of sound judgment, deliver over unto them their fortune; and devour it not by squandering and in haste lest they should grow up Whoso (of the guardians) is rich, let him abstain generously (from taking of the property of orphans); and whoso is poor let him take thereof in reason (for his guardianship). And when ye deliver up their fortune unto orphans, have (the transaction) witnessed in their presence. Allah sufficeth as a Reckoner.
