وَأَتِمُّوا۟ ٱلْحَجَّ وَٱلْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا ٱسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ ٱلْهَدْىِ ۖ وَلَا تَحْلِقُوا۟ رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ ٱلْهَدْىُ مَحِلَّهُۥ ۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِۦٓ أَذًى مِّن رَّأْسِهِۦ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِّن صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ ۚ فَإِذَآ أَمِنتُمْ فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِٱلْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى ٱلْحَجِّ فَمَا ٱسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ ٱلْهَدْىِ ۚ فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَـٰثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِى ٱلْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ ۗ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُۥ حَاضِرِى ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ

Translation
And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment.

Hac ve umreyi de Allah için tamam yapın. Eğer bunlardan alıkonursanız, o zaman kolayınıza gelen bir kurban gönderin. Bununla beraber bu kurban, kesileceği yere varıncaya kadar başlarınızı tıraş etmeyin. İçinizden hasta olana veya başından bir rahatsızlığı bulunana tıraş için oruç veya sadaka yahut da kurbandan ibaret bir fidye gerekir. Engellemeden kurtulduğunuz zaman da her kim hacca kadar umre ile sevab kazanmak isterse, ona da kolayına gelen bir kurban gerekir. Bunu bulamayana ise üç gün hacda, yedi de döndüğünüzde ki tam on gün oruç tutması lazım gelir. Bu hüküm, ailesi Mescidi Haram civarında oturmayanlar içindir. Allah'tan korkun ve bilin ki Allah'ın azabı gerçekten çok şiddetlidir.

Allah için haccı ve umreyi tam yapın! (Bunlardan) alıkonulursanız kolayınıza gelen kurbanı (gönderip kestirin)! Kurban, yerine varıncaya kadar başlarınızı (saçınızı) tıraş etmeyin! Sizden kim hasta olursa veya başından bir rahatsızlığı varsa, oruç veya sadaka veya kurban olmak üzere fidye (vermesi) gerekir. Güvende olduğunuz zaman kim hacca (hac günlerine) kadar umre ile yararlanmak isterse, kolayına gelen bir kurban (kesmesi gerekir). (Kurban kesmeye) imkân bulamayan kişi, hac günlerinde üç gün, (memleketine) döndüğü zaman yedi (gün) olmak üzere oruç tutar ki hepsi tam on (gün)dür. İşte şu (hüküm), ailesi Mescid-i Haram civarında oturmayanlar içindir. Allah’a karşı takvâlı (duyarlı) olun! Bilin ki Allah, cezası şiddetli olandır.

Perform the pilgrimage and the visit (to Makka) for Allah. And if ye are prevented, then send such gifts as can be obtained with ease, and shave not your heads until the gifts have reached their destination. And whoever among you is sick or hath an ailment of the head must pay a ransom of fasting or almsgiving or offering. And if ye are in safety, then whosoever contenteth himself with the visit for the pilgrimage (shall give) such gifts as can be had with ease. And whosoever cannot find (such gifts), then a fast of three days while on the pilgrimage, and of seven when ye have returned; that is, ten in all. That is for him whoso folk are not present at the Inviolable Place of Worship. Observe your duty to Allah, and know that Allah is severe in punishment.
